    Tips and Reminders to make your day perfect!

    A hair trial for the bride is recommended within 30 days of the wedding date. Please bring any hair accessories, veil, a picture of your dress, and pictures of hair styles you are considering.

    The Bride is to inform all attendants in your wedding party that they must arrive with clean, dry hair. A $10 charge will be applied for anybody arriving with wet hair. This can also affect your appointment times and delay your party’s departure from the salon.

    Be sure to wear clothing that can be easily changed out of (like a button down shirt) to preserve your hair and makeup. Don’t forget your veil or any hair accessories.

    The appointments/services for your wedding party will be confirmed with the bride approximately 30 days prior to the wedding date. It is the bride’s responsibility to inform all attendants what time to be at the salon.

    If someone is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment the stylist reserves the right to book that time for someone else.

    Icon Salon requires a $100 deposit to reserve your appointments on the date of your wedding. Your deposit will be held by Icon Salon in the form of a gift card, which will be used to meet the expenses of the day of Services. All service prices are subject to change without notice. You are reserving this time and our staff specifically for you and your wedding party. Full service prices will be charged for individual appointments that are canceled within 10 days of the scheduled wedding date or for no-show appointments. Due to high demand and the average length of time scheduled and held for these services, cancelations greater than 4 months from the reserved date will have the deposit refunded in full. Cancellations less than 4 months from the reserved date will not be refunded the deposit.
