As a courtesy, we will EMAIL, TEXT, and CALL you to confirm your service appointments at minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
No Show / 24 hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Icon Salon and our professional staff. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide a minimum 24-hour notice. This allows our team of professionals to adjust/fill their schedules, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of severe weather, an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation terms:
- First No Show / Less than 24 hour notice cancellation may require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the missed service in order to reschedule, at your stylist discretion. This deposit will be used towards the rescheduled appointment, only the day of that service.
- Repeat Now Show / Less than 24 hour notice cancellations will be charged 50% of the missed service in addition to payment in full at the time of scheduling for any future services.
It’s a Two-Way Street
Icon Salon stands by our policies; we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies we respectfully ask of our clients, as we greatly value your time and business. If for any reason Icon Salon has to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled, we will honor 50% off on your next service. *If the cancellation is due to situations beyond our control such as power outage, severe weather, unfortunate incidences, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will happily reschedule your appointment, however, the 50% discount will not apply.
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your service from Icon Salon. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can work together to remedy your concerns, free of charge. Any concerns conveyed after 7 days from the original appointment date, or if you’ve simply had a change of heart regarding what you originally requested, will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Just as we want stand behind our services, we also stand behind the products we promote and retail. If you are not happy with the product(s) you purchased from us, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns after 7 days will receive in store credit only.
*Products returned must be at minimum 3/4 full. All jewelry, hair brush, makeup and facial products, and special order sales are final.
